Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wj66 ("wj66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services available at wj66.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, and all associated payment and account services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the wj66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them unconditionally. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You are not acting as an agent or employee of wj66 or any of its affiliates or business partners.
• You do not already have an existing active account on the wj66 platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had your account closed by wj66 for any reason.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or professional prohibition that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.

wj66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met. Players found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have all winnings forfeited and balances returned only at wj66's sole discretion.

Account Registration

To access the full range of wj66 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

wj66 operates a strict one account per player policy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. wj66 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify wj66 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wj66 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other behaviour that violates these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

wj66 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits made through supported local payment channels.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. wj66 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary account holder, or any anonymous payment source. Deposits made from third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your wj66 account within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one banking business day to reflect in your account balance.
• wj66 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• All deposit transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

wj66 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, wj66 will notify you and may request supporting documentation before processing a reversal.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your wj66 account dashboard. All withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with wj66's anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. wj66 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard requests via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawals via bank transfer may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving bank, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of identity verification.
• wj66 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.
• wj66 may delay withdrawal processing where it suspects fraudulent activity or policy violations, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

wj66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• wj66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players who deposit and withdraw without engaging in meaningful gameplay may be deemed ineligible for bonuses at wj66's discretion.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless otherwise specified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the wj66 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sport, as published on the platform at the time of the bet. In the event of a conflict between general platform rules and sport- or game-specific rules, the sport- or game-specific rules shall take precedence.

• Sports All sports bets are final once confirmed. wj66 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are suspended, cancelled, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• Cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match betting markets follow standard international cricket betting rules. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applies where relevant for weather-affected matches.
• Casino All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game supplier and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
• Live Live dealer game results are final. Technical interruptions during a live session will be handled in accordance with the live casino provider's own rules, a copy of which is available on request.
• Errors In the event of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game outcome, wj66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players' accounts.

wj66 does not accept responsibility for communication failures, Internet disruptions, or device malfunctions on the player's side that result in incomplete bet placement or game sessions. Players are encouraged to maintain a stable Internet connection when using the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj66 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to wj66's backend systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without that person's explicit knowledge and consent.

wj66 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of suspected fraud, financial crime, or other serious misconduct. All player activity on the platform is monitored and logged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. wj66 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of any content or service on the platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, wj66's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection
